Information on rights related cross-border healthcare; complaints and remedy procedures; availability of services.
The customer must send his/her question or request to the National Contact Point by e-mail, telephone, post or in person (in Hungarian or English).
The National Contact Point will answer questions received by post or e-mail within 2 working days. It may be necessary to request additional information from the customer.
If the question, request does not fall within the scope of the NCP, it will be forwarded to the competent authority within 2 working days.
Questions asked by phone or in person will be answered either immediately or within 15 working days after obtaining the required information.
To get information on the rights related to the use of cross-border healthcare, and forwarding of requests are free of charge.

After prior arrangement, every Friday between 10:00 and 12:00 at the office of the National Contact Point, 1134 Budapest, Tüzér utca 33-35.
The administration related to cross-border healthcare is not an administrative procedure, no decision is made, a complaint related to the administration can be addressed to the IJSZ headquarters.
The procedural language of the National Contact Point is Hungarian and English.
